Delete your Euroly account

You can close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time. Here's exactly how it works, and what we keep.

Delete from the app

1
Open Settings → Close account

In the app, go to your profile, then Settings, and tap "Close account".

2
Read the legal notice

We explain what closing means and what data we must keep for legal reasons.

3
Clear any dependents

Resolve anything that blocks closure — balance, active cards, scheduled payments.

4
Confirm

Give final confirmation. We start the closure and deletion process straight away.

No longer have the app?

If you can't access the app, you can still request account closure and data deletion by email. We'll verify your identity before acting on the request to protect your account.

What's deleted, and what we must keep

Deleted
  • Your profile and contact details
  • App preferences and trusted-device data
  • Marketing preferences and optional analytics data
  • Support chat content not tied to a legal record
Retained (by law)
  • Identity verification (KYC) records
  • Transaction history required for AML/CTF
  • Records needed for tax, legal or regulatory obligations
  • Anything under an active legal or fraud investigation

Anti-money-laundering law requires us to retain identity (KYC) records and transaction history for approximately five years after your relationship with us ends, even after closure. [retention period to confirm per regulator]

Before you can close

We'll ask you to resolve these first — the app shows the same checklist:

Remaining account balanceActive virtual or physical cardsScheduled or pending paymentsPending compliance (KYT) reviews
Timeline. Once any blockers are cleared, closure is usually completed within [TBC] days. We'll confirm by email when your account is closed and when eligible personal data has been deleted.
