AML/KYC Public Notice

A summary of how Euroly verifies customers and monitors transactions to help prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

Version 1.0Effective 15 July 2026

Identity verification at onboarding

Before you can use your account, we verify your identity using a government-issued ID and a selfie liveness check, in line with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Ongoing monitoring

We continuously monitor transactions for unusual or suspicious activity (Know Your Transaction, or KYT), and screen customers against sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEP) lists.

Why we may ask for more information

We may occasionally ask you to confirm your identity again, explain a transaction, or provide additional documents. This is a normal part of our compliance programme, not a sign that you've done anything wrong.

Document refresh

We may periodically ask you to refresh identity documents that are approaching expiry, to keep your account in good standing.

Cooperation with authorities

Where required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities investigating financial crime.
