Security & Responsible Disclosure

How we help keep your account secure, and how to report a security issue if you find one.

Version 1.0Effective 15 July 2026

How we protect your account

Your account is protected by several layers of security working together:

  • Strong customer authentication with passcode and biometric login
  • 3-D Secure verification on card payments
  • Trusted-device recognition for new sign-ins
  • Auto-lock after a period of inactivity
  • Real-time monitoring for unusual account activity

How Euroly will contact you

We will never ask for your passcode, one-time passcode (OTP) or full card number by phone, email or text message. If someone claiming to be from Euroly asks you for these, do not share them — contact us directly through the app instead.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to [security contact email TBC] with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours, and give us reasonable time to investigate before disclosing publicly.

Scope and safe harbour

This notice covers the Euroly website and mobile app [full scope and safe-harbour statement TBC pending legal review].

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and will keep you updated as we investigate and resolve confirmed issues.
