Terms of Service
The Customer Agreement between you and Euroly — the framework contract governing your e-money account and payment services.
Parties to this agreement
This agreement is between you and Euroly [legal entity TBC]. Our EMI / BaaS partner acts as [agent / distributor model — TBC].
The services we provide
We provide an e-money account and related payment services:
- An e-money account with a virtual IBAN
- SEPA and international transfers
- Internal instant transfers
- Currency exchange
- Virtual and physical [TBC] cards
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and resident in a supported country [country list TBC]. One account per person.
Account opening and KYC
We must verify your identity before and during our relationship, and may ask you to refresh your documents. We may reject or close accounts on compliance grounds.
Executing your payments
Execution times, cut-off times and value dates depend on the payment type and provider [depends on provider]. We show these before you confirm a payment.
Security and your liability
You must keep your passcode and biometrics secure and comply with strong customer authentication. Under PSD2, your liability for unauthorised transactions is capped at €50 before you notify us, except in cases of gross negligence.
Restrictions and suspension
We may restrict or suspend your account on legal, security or compliance grounds. Where we can, we tell you why and how to resolve it, matching the in-app restriction status.
Fees
Our fees are set out on the Fees & Limits page, which forms part of this agreement and is the binding price list.
Currency exchange
Exchanges use a live quote that expires after a short window, with any mark-up disclosed separately before you confirm.
Termination and closure
You can close your account at any time; we will check for dependents such as active cards or scheduled payments first. See the Account Deletion page for what we retain.
Changes to these terms
We give you at least two months' notice of changes to this framework contract, as required under PSD2, unless a change is to your benefit or required by law.
Governing law and complaints
This agreement is governed by the law of [jurisdiction TBC]. If something goes wrong, our Complaints procedure explains how to raise it and escalate to an out-of-court redress body.
