End User Licence Agreement
The licence terms for using the Euroly mobile app, in addition to the Customer Agreement that governs your account.
Licence grant
Euroly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Euroly app on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app
- Use the app on a rooted or jailbroken device [rooted/jailbroken device policy TBC]
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account
App availability is not service eligibility
Being able to download and open the app does not guarantee eligibility for Euroly's services. You must still pass identity verification and meet our eligibility criteria.
Updates
We may update the app from time to time. Some updates may be required before you can continue using certain features.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you stop using the app or if your account is closed. We may also suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms.
Relationship to the Customer Agreement
This licence covers your use of the app itself. Your e-money account and payment services are governed separately by our Terms of Service.
